Mahi tahi taste testing

Today for Mahi-tahi we did taste testing. We had to work with our team of 4 or 5 and we would take turns tasting the food and discribing what food it is while blind folded . And the other person would have a blind fold on and try Imagine what the person that is thinking of by discribing what that food is .

The aim of the task was to show integrity.
